We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece; if you are not, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all protective films, tags, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the watch in its original Seiko presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards and instruction booklets are enclosed.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
